PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • 🇨🇦 Canada: 7 to 14 business days
  • 🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 7 to 14 business days
  • 🇪🇺 Europe: 7 to 14 business days
  • 🇦🇺 Australia: 7 to 14 business days
  • 🇳🇿 New Zealand: 7 to 14 business days

In rare cases, delivery may take up to 25 business days. If your order has not arrived within this timeframe, please contact us at hello@qiuola.com and we will investigate immediately.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or events outside our control.

  • Free Shipping: On all orders over $150.00 USD

Shipping rates are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.


ORDER TRACKING

Every order includes a tracking number sent to your email address within 2 to 3 business days after your order has been shipped. Use the tracking link in your confirmation email to monitor your delivery at any time.

If you have not received your tracking number within 3 business days of your order being shipped, please contact us at hello@qiuola.com.


CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer. QIUOLA is not responsible for any customs delays or additional charges incurred during international shipping.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.


LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@qiuola.com with your order number and, where applicable, a photo of the damaged item. We will investigate the issue and either resend your order or issue a full refund — guaranteed, no questions asked.


INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. QIUOLA is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us at hello@qiuola.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to make the correction before dispatch.
