We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • With original tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

HOW TO START A RETURN

Contact us at hello@qiuola.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with full instructions on how to proceed.

Please note: Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.


DAMAGES & ISSUES

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at hello@qiuola.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return needed.


EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom products

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is approved, place a new order for the item you need.


EUROPEAN UNION

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.


REFUNDS

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
