How long does delivery take?
We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times after your order is dispatched:
- United States: 7–14 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
- Canada: 7–14 business days
- Australia: 7–14 business days
- New Zealand: 7–14 business days
- Europe: 7–14 business days
In rare cases, delivery may take up to 25 business days due to customs processing, remote locations, or high-demand periods such as holidays. We appreciate your patience and will always keep you updated with your tracking information.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $14.99 worldwide. Orders over $150 qualify for FREE shipping automatically — no code needed.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes! Every order includes a tracking number sent to your email within 2–3 business days after your order ships. Use the tracking link in your confirmation email to monitor your delivery at any time.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Please contact us at hello@qiuola.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to update your address before dispatch. After dispatch, we are unable to make changes.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to over 35 countries worldwide including the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and across Europe. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at hello@qiuola.com.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
How do I start a return?
Email us at hello@qiuola.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with full instructions. Please do not send items back without prior approval.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
We are so sorry to hear that! Please contact us immediately at hello@qiuola.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return needed.
Can I return sale items?
Sale items, gift cards, and personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned.

Are your baby products safe?
All products in our My Baby collection meet international safety standards. We only source baby and toddler products with CE certification, ASTM compliance, and non-toxic materials.
Do you restock sold-out products?
We do our best to restock popular items. Sign up for our email list to be notified when your favourite products are back in stock.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can check out as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save your details, and access your order history.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email with a link to monitor your delivery. You can also log in to your account and view your order status at any time.
Can I cancel my order?
Please contact us at hello@qiuola.com as soon as possible. We can cancel your order if it has not yet been dispatched. Once dispatched, we are unable to cancel but our 30-day return policy applies.
